Fuel Cell Fittings

Building a fuel cell or custom fuel tank requires hardware that seals reliably under vibration, fuel pressure, and the mechanical stress of a motorsport environment. Flux Hydraulic Masters fuel cell fittings and safety components are machined from billet aluminium specifically for these applications.

FLUX fuel cell fittings feature a radiused internal inlet for smooth, unrestricted flow at the tank wall, each supplied complete with a PTFE sealing washer and bulkhead lock nut. No hunting for compatible hardware.

The FLUX rollover valve is a mandatory safety component for any vented fuel cell: it allows normal tank breathing during operation and closes automatically if the vehicle inverts, preventing fuel from escaping through the vent line in a rollover incident.
