Fuel Cell Fittings

Building a fuel cell or a custom fuel tank requires hardware that can provide a reliable seal under the forces of vibration, fuel pressure, and the rigors of a motorsport environment. Flux Hydraulic Masters fuel cell fittings and safety components are machined from billet aluminium suitable for such applications.

FLUX fuel cell fittings feature a radius to the internal inlet providing a smooth unrestricted fuel flow at the tank wall, supplied complete with PTFE sealing washer and bulkhead lock nut. No searching for compatible hardware.

The FLUX rollover valve is an integral fuel cell safety component, for any vented fuel cell application; it allows normal tank breathing under normal operating conditions, and will close in the event of a vehicle inversion to prevent fuel escaping through the vent line in the event of a rollover incident.
