Heat Protection

Engine bay heat is one of the most common causes of hose and wiring failure in motorsport and performance builds. Lines routed near exhaust manifolds, turbochargers, and headers are exposed to radiant and conducted heat that degrades rubber compounds, melts wiring insulation, and accelerates fatigue in braided hose, often invisibly, until a failure occurs.

FLUX Heat Guard hose is constructed from E-Glass braided fibre over heavy-duty silicone rubber, providing continuous protection to 260 degree C and resistance to most fuels, hydraulic fluids, and chemicals making it practical for both new builds and upgrades to existing systems.

Available in seven inner diameter sizes from 5/16" through to 1-1/2", covering the full range of AN hose sizes and common wiring loom diameters. Sold per metre. Backed by FLUX's lifetime warranty.
