Flux Hydraulic Masters NPT plugs provide a clean, permanent or serviceable seal for unused NPT-threaded ports on engine blocks, oil pans, fuel pressure regulators, intake manifolds, and custom fluid system components.

Machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and hard anodised in black, these plugs are lighter than steel alternatives and corrosion-resistant in fuel, oil, and coolant environments. Use PTFE tape or thread sealant on assembly. The external hex allows tightening with a standard spanner.

Available in seven sizes: 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" NPT. Backed by FLUX's lifetime warranty.
